Return Policy:

  1. Replacement for Manufacturing Defects:
    We offer a 3-day replacement policy for perfumes that are defective due to manufacturing faults.

  2. Product Authenticity Issues:
    If you believe the fragrance you received is not genuine, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    If the fragrance is damaged, used, or different from what was ordered, inform the delivery personnel immediately and provide an unboxing video of the sealed package.

  4. Product Not as Described or Expected:
    If the fragrance does not match the description or pictures, notify us within 24 hours. The package must remain sealed and unused until the complaint is made.

  5. Change of Mind or Misplaced Orders:
    If you change your mind or made an incorrect order, you may return the unused fragrance within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring the original packaging is intact and unopened.

  6. Non-returnable Items:

    • Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    • Items on sale, discounts, or part of a campaign are non-cancelable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will be processed if replacements are unavailable.
    • If the item you ordered is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
    • Canceled orders before shipping are eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Processing Time:

Warranty Policy:

  2. Gulfume.com Warranty:
    We offer a 3-day warranty for fragrances with manufacturing defects. Only one replacement is allowed during the warranty period, and it must be reported within the warranty period.

  3. Replacement or Repair Time:
    Replacements or repairs may take 3-4 weeks depending on availability and the brand’s policy.


Shipping Cost:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and for sending the fixed products back to them.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
